I applied for short term business visa: exactly 1 week (delivery service included).
No option of express visa.
Need reservation at website.
Even if not reserved, you can still go there, take number ticket and wait in line. Useful when your schedule doesn't allow you to make reservation online.
If you made reservation, go there on the reserved time. Staff will call your name so no need to take number ticket when enter the office.
About 3~4 people waiting in the room (I went there at 10 am Monday)
Equipment in the office: toilet, copy machine, books to kill time (because you can't bring your cellphone inside). No photobooth.
