detail of the feedback The UI change and Payload interface improvement was well received. It took some time to clearly explained the in/out flip switch but people became quite exciting about it after they understand how it works. So for the next step I plan to make the Payload interface (hopefully to show something in next week). One feedback I got is that I spent too much time explaining the “mental model” while it actually was hard to see the connection between the Mental Model and my UI/UX design I presented after that (it seems that the Mental Model did not act as a motivation for those UI/UX design decision I've made, which is true)
